Christopher Miller, EMT, HMRT, CFI is a safety and health consultant with High Safety Consulting. Chris joined High Safety in September, 2008. Prior to joining High Safety, Chris was a career firefighter with The City of Lebanon Bureau of Fire where he was the Deputy Fire Commissioner. Prior to this, Chris was the Chief and Training Officer for the County of Lebanon Emergency Management Agency. Chris also has full-time experience as the Captain of the Hummelstown Borough Emergency Medical and Rescue Service. He is certified as a National Safety Council CPR and First Aid Instructor and has certifications as an instructor for various OSHA and Emergency Response training programs including Hazwoper programs. Chris is a nationally registered fire inspector and has extensive training and enforcement experience with property code enforcement. He serves as an instructor for the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center. He has provided training and educational programs for various industries as a part-time consultant prior to joining High Safety.
