Fred Miller is a safety and health consultant for High Safety. Fred is a board certified safety professional (CSP) and offers over twenty-five years of safety and health experience to his clients. Fred worked in the Pharmaceutical industry most recently as the Director of Occupational Safety and Environmental Health. Fred was an independent consultant for several years prior to joining High Safety in 2007. Fred is a certified instructor for first aid & CPR. He is an authorized OSHA instructor for general industry and construction. He is certified as an incident commander for hazardous materials incidents. He holds an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technologies. He has studied Allied Health at Towson State and is currently pursing a BS degree in Occupational Safety and Health. Fred was recognized as the Safety Professional of the Year by the American Society of Safety Engineers’ Chesapeake Chapter. He has served on the National Board for the ASSE and is currently the finance director for Region VI.
