Joseph Vangeli, BA is a safety and health consultant with High Safety Consulting Services Ltd. He holds a BA in theology from Trinity College. Joe worked with Hofman Safety & Industrial Hygiene Consulting, Inc. since 2001 and joined High Safety in September of 2008. Joe completed a 20 year career US Army Medical Department. He held several positions of increasing responsibility including Certified Instructor for the US Army Academy of Health Sciences; Technician for the US Army Aeromedical Research Labortory; Senior Technician for the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases; Senior Technical Instructor for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Washington D.C.; and Operations Manager with the US Army Medical Department. He trained personnel in laboratory sampling and analyses related to the study of disease processes on human physiology. Prior to his involvement with the US Army, Mr. Vangeli was a project analyst for a pharmaceutical organization wherein he sampled various products using laboratory techniques to assure compliance with FDA standards.
