Neil Donley, MS, ALCM is a safety and health consultant for High Safety. Neil has over thirty years of experience in loss-control, starting his career with USF&G as a loss-control consultant. Neil holds a BS and an MS in Safety Sciences from IUP. He is an accredited loss control manager. Neil held loss-control positions with PMA Insurance, An Alloy Metals Foundry and worked for the High Companies as an Industrial Hygienist / Safety Specialist. In these roles he performed safety and compliance inspections, developed safety programs, conducted noise and chemical hygiene monitoring. More recently, Mr. Donley has focused on construction safety compliance aspects. Neil is also a Pennsylvania licensed asbestos building inspector.
