Barbara Rutt holds the positions of Safety & Health Consultant and Administrative Manager for High Safety.  She is certified as a Walkway Auditor Safety Specialist by the National Floor Safety Institute and a Certified XL Tribometrist (CXLT). She is also a Defensive Driving instructor for National Safety Council, a SafeLand / SafeGulf instructor for PEC/Premier, an authorized OSHA instructor-trainer for construction and general industry, and is a recognized accident and illness prevention provider for the state of Pennsylvania . As a certified American Heart Association and National Safety Council instructor, she teaches Basic Life Support CPR and First Aid courses.  Barb holds her MS in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University , a BS in Management and Organizational Development through Eastern Mennonite University , and a second BS degree in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health from Millersville University . She holds the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
