Barbara Rutt holds the positions of Safety & Health Consultant and Administrative Manager for High Safety. As a certified American Heart Association, National Safety Council, and American Red Cross instructor, she teaches Basic Life Support CPR and First Aid courses, as well as CPR and Emergency Oxygen Administration for the professional rescuer. She is also a Defensive Driving instructor for National Safety Council, a SafeLand / SafeGulf instructor for PEC Premier, an authorized OSHA Construction course instructor, and is a recognized accident and illness prevention provider for the state of Pennsylvania. Barb has worked in management and administrative support roles for a number of local companies. She holds a BS in Management and Organizational Development through Eastern Mennonite University and a second BS degree in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health from Millersville University. She holds the Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
