Barbara Rutt holds the position of Safety Technician & Administrative Coordinator for High Safety. Barb will be happy to assist you in registering for our programs or answering your questions. As a certified American Heart Association and American Red Cross instructor, she teaches Basic Life Support CPR and First Aid courses, as well as CPR and Emergency Oxygen Administration for the professional rescuer.  She is also a Defensive Driving instructor for National Safety Council and an authorized OSHA Construction course instructor.  Barb has worked in management and administrative support roles for a number of local companies, and was included in the 2006-07 Registry of Manchester Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals. She holds a BS in Management and Organizational Development through Eastern Mennonite University and is now pursing a degree in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health from Millersville University. She is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
