All programs include morning coffee and pastry.  Lunch is not included in the training unless specified.  Participants attending our programs held in Lancaster are entitled to discount rooms on the days of the training at our sister company's hotels which are located within walking distance of our training facility. 

Course registration is filled on a first-paid basis.  Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.  Payment must be made PRIOR to the course date, unless other arrangements have been made.

Refunds of paid registrations will be subject to a 25% processing fee (up to $120).  Cancellations and refunds of paid registrations within 10 days of the course date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  No-shows are ineligible for refund or credit.  Substitution of registrants is permitted within the same organization.

In lieu of a refund, a credit voucher can be issued for cancellations at the full value of the course registration, if cancelled prior to the course date.  The voucher can be transferred to others within the same organization.  Vouchers can be used to attend a similar or identical class in the future and must be used within a 2-year period.  Vouchers will not be issued for 'no-shows'.
