OSHA Compliance Inspections

Our team of consultants offers some of the best technical compliance knowledge available.  We can put this knowledge to work by assessing your company's status as it relates to OSHA's requirements.

These inspections are conducted focusing on regulatory compliance. The intent is to identify potential violations prior to an actual compliance inspection. High Safety Consultants will review your operations, written programs, and processes.  The final report will identify violations and methods of correction.  We can even provide classification of violations and possible penalty amounts that would be issued by OSHA if they cited the violations identified.

Our Process:

Step 1: We work with you to understand your operations.  We will evaluate potential exposure areas and discuss report formats that are desired.

We will request various documents prior to our site visit.  OSHA logs, compliance programs and general information on the operations are requested.  These are reviewed prior to our site visit to determine initial paper compliance aspects.  We will look at further documents during out site visit

Step 2: We will interview key members of your staff to understand how various aspects of safety are managed within your organization.

Step 3: A physical audit inspection is conducted.  Interviews with a limited number of employees may be conducted during this review.

Step 4: We will develop a report which identifies and prioritizes potential compliance deficiencies. Details on corrective actions are included in the reivew.

What are the most commonly cited violations in your industry?

The above link is to OSHA.  You can enter the Standard Industry Code (SIC) for your business in the search criteria or use the letter D for manufacturing or the letter C for construction.
