Comprehensive Safety Management Audits

This audit focuses on assessing the managerial structures in an organization that ensure adequate controls are in place to minimize losses. We use various survey tools developed over many years, as well as review job descriptions, organizational charts, accountability systems, and safety committee or similar operating groups. The end product of this survey will include specific recommendations to reduce risk exposures and improve the management structure for safety.

Injury Sourcing & Reporting Reviews

This service involves detailed statistical analysis of accident events within the facility.  All accident data is coded and placed into a database.  Work-hour information by department is included.  A senior consultant reviews every accident report and provides classification of preventative measures and causation.  This data is sorted, grouped, statistical tests are applied to the data and incident rates by department are calculated.  Trending and source code sorts are applied.  Changes in performance are evaluated for statistical significance.  A final report will identify recommendations for injury prevention and improved accident report development.  In some cases we can provide a corrective action plan with defined injury reductions that can be expected in the future.
