As a principle of High Safety Consulting, Steve High, has been involved in occupational safety since 1986 and has provided safety consulting services since 1996.  He is certified as a safety professional (CSP), holds the associate in risk management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.  As an OSHA-authorized instructor for over ten years, he has been involved in the development of fall prevention programs for many industries. Steve also holds a MS in Safety Sciences with thesis work in the evaluation of sticktion in assessment of slip-resistance.  As part of his thesis work, he was able to construct the fastest operating drag-sled tribometer.  He is certified as an English XL Tribometrist, one of less than 200 in the country.
