All programs include
morning coffee and pastry. Lunch is not included in the
training unless specified. Participants attending our programs
held in Lancaster are entitled to discount rooms on the days of
the training at our sister company's hotels which are located
within walking distance of our training facility.
Course registration
is filled on a first-paid basis. Your registration is not
confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be made
PRIOR to the course date, unless other arrangements
have been made.
Refunds of paid registrations
will be subject to a 25% processing fee (up to $120). Cancellations
and refunds of paid registrations within 10 days of the course
date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are
ineligible for refund or credit. Substitution of registrants
is permitted and encouraged within the same organization.
In some cases classes
may be cancelled due to low attendance. Courses may be rescheduled.
In the event of a rescheduled or cancelled course program, full
refunds are provided.
